Diana Stearns
Director of Human Resources
Diana Stearns has been Director of Human Resources at US Hotels for over three years. She oversees all matters relating to personnel including recruitment, staff development and the implementation of the group-wide operational culture that is focused on exceptional hospitality and overall guest satisfaction.
Her hospitality career began in the late 1990’s when she joined the Chatham Wayside Inn as their Office Manager and was later promoted to Assistant Innkeeper in 2001.
She then joined the Sheraton Harborside Portsmouth Hotel as Front office Manager where she was responsible for operations and management of front desk, reservations, bellman and the gift shop of this 202 room hotel. Diana was previously in the private banking sector where she held various senior roles in Northern National Bank including Senior Branch Manager, Consumer Compliance Supervisor and Relationship Officer.
